  • Give the impression that the Contribution emanates from us, if this is not the case.
  • Advocate, promote or incite any party to commit, or assist any, unlawful or criminal act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
  • Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism.
  • Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites without our written consent.
  • Breach this policy

When we consider that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

All complaints will be handled with urgency and we may need to make enquiries in order to ascertain information to enable us to resolve the complaint.

Complaints of all types will be considered, and depending on the nature of the complaint will be referred initially to the member of staff with the appropriate responsibility. If the complaint is about one of our partner organisations, we would ask that this is referred direct to them for consideration.

What happens next?

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five working days of receiving it.
  • We will then investigate your complaint taking any appropriate action and write to you within 21 days of sending you the acknowledgment letter with the outcome of our findings.
  • At this stage, if your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us with the reasons why you are not satisfied.
  • Upon receipt of this we will refer your complaint for an independent review by the Board of Directors of The Growth Pool CIC who will respond to you within two weeks of the Board Meeting that your complaint was reviewed. (The Growth Pool CIC currently have a cycle of quarterly Board Meetings).
